Training is provided in different formats e.g. attendance at the various manufacturers’ training centres, in-house training sessions, on the job tuition and assistance, meetings as well as via books, manuals and bulletins. As an employee we will expect you to utilise these offers as they become available to you, and attend in-house training as required. In any case where you may experience difficulty in the performance of your work, we encourage you to request the assistance and advice of your Manager who will then provide guidance.
Training is reviewed and provided to meet different needs e.g. when new staff are recruited, to address performance issues, where responsibilities change, to assist with possible future career development moves, in response to new product introductions, equipment or technological changes, legislative changes or for health & safety requirements.
